The Canadian Improv Games offers lesson plans created by their Artistic Advisory Committee. The introductory lessons are divided into two main parts: Warm ups, (for focus & physicality), & Skills (to introduce the building blocks of improvisation). There are 10 introductory lessons approximately one hour in length. They also have a ton of resource videos to accompany the lesson plans, which you can show in tandem to your students.
